By starting with a METALLURGICAL ANALYSIS, we created an entirely new blade alloy unlike any other. It has beam strength rivaling thicker blades while offering longer life and flexibility of thinner blades.
Next the teeth on the Ultra MAX are ground not stamped. Laboratory testing reveals that the common shortcut of “stamping” permanently stresses the steel. So even if teeth are “milled” afterwards the stresses remain and the blade fails easier and sooner.
